only one parent. 86% of those children lived
with their mothers. This living arrangement
can result in social, economic, and developmental
problems. The children in these homes are 5 times
more likely to be poor or live in poverty. Often,
these families are abandoned by the father and
are left to face extreme financial hardship. 1213 is
committed to helping these Christian families with
their physical burdens and our volunteers ensure
they are not alone in their walk with God..
